BPKH Seeks International Collaboration to Advance Islamic Economics
Jakarta, Indonesianpost.com – The Hajj Fund Management Agency (BPKH) urged international collaboration to bolster Islamic economics at the Global Islamic Financial Institutions Forum 2025 in Dubai.
“BPKH has established itself as a key player in the global Islamic financial ecosystem, evidenced by its significant role in the global forum,” said Fadlul Imansyah, Chief of the Executive Board of BPKH, on Friday.
Imansyah participated in a CEO panel discussion titled “Bridging Borders, Fuelling Growth: The Next Era of Cross-Border in Islamic Banking,” which emphasized the need for international cooperation to strengthen Islamic banking and enhance the mobility of Muslim community funds globally.

He highlighted that BPKH’s involvement in the forum, organized by Standard Chartered, reflects the agency’s commitment to ensuring the safety and productive use of Hajj funds, which are having a positive impact.
Imansyah also expressed gratitude to market players for their valuable insights, which will help BPKH maximize the benefits of Hajj funds. He underscored the strategic role of BPKH Limited, a subsidiary, in fostering collaboration to optimize fund management.
BPKH remains committed to continuous innovation in fund management, adhering to Islamic principles, transparency, and accountability, and is open to further strategic partnerships at the international level.
Khurram Hilal, CEO of Standard Chartered Islamic Banking, invited Indonesian Islamic finance leaders, including BPKH, to establish strategic partnerships with global institutions, particularly in the Middle East, strengthening Indonesia’s position in global Islamic finance. (BL/ANTARA)
