BFI Finance expands used-car financing push with GEMILANG loyalty initiative

BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) is stepping up efforts to build long-term customer relationships through its GEMILANG Program, held on Feb. 14, 2026, at WTC Mangga Dua Mall in Jakarta. The initiative forms part of the company’s strategy to strengthen loyalty while expanding penetration of its used-car financing products.

During the program period from Sept. 1, 2025, to Jan. 31, 2026, BFI Finance recorded a total of 4,212 digital raffle coupons collected from customers using its BFI Kredit Cepat Mobil product. A total of 15 customers received appreciation gifts, including two motorcycles awarded as grand prizes.

Nana Indrayana, Vice President of Used Car Sales at BFI Finance, said the program was designed to go beyond giveaways, positioning it as part of the company’s broader push to deliver transparent financing services with added value.

“GEMILANG is not only a form of appreciation, but also part of our commitment to continue providing financing services that are transparent, reliable and offer added value. We hope this program further strengthens long-term relationships between BFI Finance, our business partners and, of course, our customers,” Nana said.

The program targets customers who purchase used cars on credit through BFI Finance partner showrooms in Jakarta, including those at the WTC Mangga Dua car bazaar, Mangga Dua Square, Mega Glodok Kemayoran and Bella Terra Lifestyle Center. For every Rp 10 million in financing, customers receive one digital raffle coupon, with the scheme applicable in multiples.

BFI Kredit Cepat Mobil is a financing product that offers a fast process and a wide selection of vehicle units, complemented by a one-year engine warranty from Otospector. BFI Finance currently operates more than 200 outlets across Indonesia and is supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
