Beasiswa Garuda S1 2026 Now Open for Grade 12 Students: Key Requirements and Schedule
- The Garuda Undergraduate Scholarship (S1) is now open for Grade 12 students in the 2025/2026 academic year, with applications submitted through the LPDP integrated portal.
- Applicants must meet SNBP eligibility requirements (or provide an official school letter if opting out to pursue study abroad) and prepare key documents while selecting priority themes and target universities.
- Administered by Kemdiktisaintek in collaboration with LPDP, the program offers comprehensive support from registration to graduation, with selection running from February to August 2026 across two application waves.
The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Kemdiktisaintek) has opened registration for the Garuda Scholarship for undergraduate (S1) programs. Registration is open to high-achieving Grade 12 students at SMA/SMK/MA in the 2025/2026 academic year.
Applicants are also required to be eligible for the National Selection Based on Achievement (SNBP). Students who plan to continue their studies overseas and decide not to participate in SNBP must submit a letter from their school principal.
The Garuda Scholarship is a collaboration between Kemdiktisaintek and the Endowment Fund for Education Agency (LPDP). Funding comes from LPDP’s Education Endowment Fund, under a scheme designed to be comprehensive.
The scheme is intended to support students through their studies at top universities worldwide. The scholarship covers the full cost of education from registration through completion.
