Median Survey on Facebook: Prabowo is the top presidential candidate, followed by Ganjar and Anies
Jakarta, Indonesianpost.com – Median has released its findings on the electability of presidential candidates for 2024 on social media. The results show that Prabowo Subianto is in the top position, followed by Ganjar Pranowo and Anies Baswedan.

The social media survey was conducted from February 22-26, 2023 with a total of 400 respondents who were active Facebook users aged 17-60. Median emphasizes that because the respondents are social media users, this survey is not intended to provide an overall perception of the population.
Median states that Facebook was chosen as the platform for the survey because it is the second-largest social media platform. In addition, Median says that the social media survey was conducted because internet users in Indonesia have reached 212.9 million, or 77%.
Director of Median, Ade Irfan Abdurrahman, said that they asked the respondents who they would choose if the presidential election were held today. In this open-ended question, several names emerged. He then revealed the electability of the top 5 candidates.

“Our presidential electability tested several people, and the results were the top 5, the first being Prabowo Subianto, followed by Pak Ganjar Pranowo, Anies Baswedan, Ridwan Kamil, and Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono,” said Ade Irfan at Cikini Hotel, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday (2/28/2023).
