Arrival of (1,626,500) pilgrims via international ports announced by Passports Department until end of Friday
Mecca, Indonesianpost.com – The General Directorate of Passports announced the arrival of 1,626,500 pilgrims during this year’s Hajj season of 1444 AH, through all air, land, and sea ports of the Kingdom, until the end of Friday, 5/12/1444 AH, corresponding to 23/6/2023 AD.
The Passports stated that the number of pilgrims coming from outside the Kingdom through airports reached 1,559,053, including 240,137 beneficiaries of the Makkah Road Initiative. The number of pilgrims arriving through land ports reached 60,617, while the number of pilgrims arriving through sea ports reached 6,830.
